An enquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, product interest and message. A repair appointment request may also include the device model, issue description and preferred visit date and time.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss product availability, or contact you about a requested in-store repair visit. A website request does not create an online order, payment or confirmed repair appointment.

Use and disclosure

Access is limited to authorised administration and service operations. We may use service providers that operate or support this website and its data systems, and may disclose information when required by law. Phase 1 does not use analytics, advertising pixels or nonessential tracking.

Retention and security

Enquiry and repair appointment records are assigned a 12-month retention period. Records classified as spam are assigned a 30-day period. Access controls, operational logging and automated expiry are used to reduce unnecessary access and retention.

Access, correction and complaints

Contact Mobile Zone to request access to, or correction of, information you have submitted, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
