Used Phone Condition Categories
1. Like New
Phones in "Like New" condition have minimal to no signs of use. These devices look almost brand new, with no visible scratches or dents. They function perfectly, offering a premium experience at a reduced price.
2. Excellent
Phones in "Excellent" condition show very minor signs of wear. These devices might have a few tiny scratches or scuffs that are barely noticeable. They are fully functional and offer great value for those looking for high-quality used phones.
3. Good
Phones in "Good" condition have noticeable signs of use, including some light scratches and small scuffs. These devices are still fully functional, providing reliable performance and a more affordable option for budget-conscious buyers.
4. Fair
Phones in "Fair" condition show significant signs of wear, such as visible scratches, dents, and possibly minor screen imperfections. Despite their cosmetic flaws, these phones are fully operational and are ideal for those seeking the lowest prices.
1. Warranty Coverage:
All used phones come with a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers any functional defects that may arise during normal use.
2. Refund Policy:
Please note that all used phones are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for used phone purchases.Instead, we provide a credit note for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases in our store.
3. 7-Day Return Policy:
Customers are entitled to a 7-day no-questions-asked return period from the date of receipt. To qualify for this return, the original warranty sticker must remain intact and undamaged.
The return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, a $30 restocking fee will be applied to all returns under this policy.
4. Responsibility for Return Items:
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they have reached our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a tracked and/or insured delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item.
5. Account Locked Devices:
We will not accept returned devices that are iCloud or Google-locked. If your device is account locked, you will receive a notification from us to remove the lock. If the device remains locked after 5 business days, it will be returned to you.
6. Device Preparation:
Please ensure that your device is factory reset and powered off before shipment. This will help facilitate the return process and ensure the device is in the proper condition for inspection.
7. IMEI Validation:
The IMEI of the returned device must match the IMEI of the device originally shipped. Returns will not be accepted for devices with mismatched IMEIs.
